HR/ Sr. HR Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying the right ability-job fit as per the client’s requirement.
- Efficiently use online tools and other methods to regularly add to the existing talent base.
- Create a pool of candidate data from different job portals.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Conduct pre-screening telephonic interviews.
- Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
- Having day to day interactions with the client to understand their requirement.
- To handle clients assigned by the Manager with respect to sharing the profiles and getting the feedback.
- To understand the in-house requirement and source relevant candidates for LC.
- Use social and professional networking sitesto identify and source candidates.
- Promoting and supporting all new services launched by the company.

- Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues
- Strong problem solving ability
- IT skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology.

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: 0-1 Years
Shift Timings: 9 AM- 6 PM
Working Days: 5 days+ two alternate Saturdays of a month

Executive/SR. Executive- US Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To generate quality leads that result in sales.
- Responsible for Corporate Sales and Key Account Management.
- Mining in Existing accounts and generating revenues from existing and potential clients.
- Performs research to gather and analyze data on recent industry changes and trends
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients & understand their requirements
- Giving corporate presentation to clients
- Work with other teams to achieve sales performance targets
- Ability to advertise your services on online media to ensure maximum visibility & brand recall for your company.
- Company profile submission on various directory listings.
- Cold calling, lead generation for various LC Services.
- Understands the company’s reputation and ensures to retain that image by continually enhancing the organisation’s performance.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Reporting Manager
