The Pampango/ Kapampangan or Pampangan language is one of the key languages of the Philippines and is spoken in the region of Pampanga. The language was spelled Capampañgan and is also called Pampango, and in the Kapampangan language: Amanung Sisuan, meaning the mother language. Kapampangan is also understood in some barangays of Bulacan and Nueva Ecija and by the Aitas or Aeta of Zambales. The southern half of the province of Tarlac and the northern portion of the province of Bataan also speak this language. The total number of speakers is 1,900,000 in Philippines (1990 census) and the total Population of all countries are about 1,905,550.
