LC practices signing confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements with both translators and clients. We can work with your standard agreement or offer our own template.

Yes, we aim to provide accurate quotes within 2 working hours of any client request without any obligation, of course. Simply follow the instructions on our quotation page.
We bill the payment in US$, Euro, AUD for international clients and in INR for Indian clients.
No. A quote is quote. There will be no alterations in the price quoted so long as you don’t change the source material.
Our global team works across various time zones to ensure timely communication and project delivery, no matter where our clients are located.
To request for a change order after it has started, kindly contact your project manager from LC. You must also send an e-mail. However, note that most change orders usually carry additional charges. Hence, kindly ensure that your project requirements are finalized before assigning the project to us.
