The year 2020 marks the 70th edition of the Berlin International Film Festival (The Berlinale). The anniversary festival will be held from 20th February to 1st March 2020 in Berlin, Germany.
The eleven days in February this year can be marked in the annual calendar as one of the most important events for the film and media industry. The event was created for the Berlin public in 1951 and at present it has become one of the largest public film festivals in the world, attracting a large number of visitors from around the globe every year.
